These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of try-kurya.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from KURYA, a brand of EY Digital Brands LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

2. Products & Orders

• Products may be offered as one-time purchases or as optional Subscribe & Save subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency you select, at the discounted price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel, pause, or modify a subscription at any time through the manage-subscription link in your order emails or by writing to support@try-kurya.com; changes take effect before your next scheduled renewal. We never enroll you in a subscription without your explicit selection at checkout.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors; if payment was taken, it will be refunded.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
• Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

3. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

KURYA products are cosmetic products intended for topical use as directed. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always review the ingredient list before use; discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician. Patch testing is recommended before first use.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the KURYA name, logo, seal, product names, photography, video, copy, and page designs — is owned by or licensed to EY Digital Brands LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EY Digital Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EY Digital Brands LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
