Refund policy

1. What's Covered

• All products purchased directly from try-kurya.com, opened or unopened, within 60 days of the delivery date.
• One refund per product per customer under the guarantee. Bundles are refunded as a whole.

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@try-kurya.com with your order number and a short note on why the product didn't work for you (this genuinely helps us improve).
2. Our team responds within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions. Depending on the case, we may not require the product to be shipped back.
3. If a return is requested, ship it to the address we provide. Return postage for guarantee claims is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (bank posting times vary). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest path is a refund under this policy and a new order for the product you'd like instead.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where we detect abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated claims across many orders or reseller activity).
